- Night mission pinball -

Night mission pinball is pinball simulator but it could be easily looked over because it doesn't really look like anything special. The theme of the pinball machine is that of a bomber doing a night bombing run and a lot of the bonus points earned have to do with dive bombs or other such things.

You can play the game with up to four players but ofcourse each will have to wait their turn to play. The machine itself doesn't have a lot of special as it has two flippers, on the left some bonus slots and op the upper part a special part where most of the bonus points can be earned. So far nothing special and you would be right except for the fact that you can tune the game and how the machine reacts. There are two pages full of options like ball speed, tilt sensitivity, flipper power and some very obscure ones so you can completely adjust the game. Ofcourse not all the changes you make are good and sometimes it can make for an almost unplayable game.

The main attraction to this particular pinball simulator are the settings you can customize and I must admit that I haven't really seen this on other pinball simulators. I played this game quite a lot on my trusty old Commodore 64 when I was young and I remember having quite a good time with it. Though graphically there isn't much to the game the custimizations you can do greatly increase the game's replayability. Check it out since this is one of the few (if only) pinball simulators you can custimize.

This game was released for several different systems here are some notes:
Apple Released in 1982.
The colors are a bit weird but I guess that is something all apple games have.
C64 Released in 1982.
You can play the game in monochrome and high resolution or in color but with low resolution, I prefer the monochrome option.
DOS Released in 1982.
This is CGA only so practically the same as the monochrome C64 version.
Others This version is not available.
Atari 8-bit released in 1982.
