After a bizzare experiment went wrong three people were transformed into giant monsters and now you can pick one of them and terrorize the city! You can select from a giant werewolf (Ralph), ape (George) or "godzilla" (Lizzie). The aim is to destroy all the buildings by causing enough damage which will make them break down. Once all the buildings on a level are destroyed you move on to the next level where a whole bunch of new buildings await you.

You can damage buildings by punching holes in the side of them while you climb it or by jumping on the roof. Punching holes will also occasionally reveal a powerup or a person which you can eat (!) to gain energy. Ofcourse you didn't think that you would be able to destroy the city without any resistance as your energy will be depleted by army infantry, tanks and helicopters so you have to take them out as well or you won't survive for very long. If you loose all your energy you will transform back to your human self and loose a life.

The game can be played with three players which makes it more fun as you'll be fighting for powerups and energy rich 'food'. The original arcade version could be played with three players and some of the home versions offer this as well but control is a bit awkward as they only support two joysticks. You can also select to have the computer play one or two of the characters to heat up the action a bit.. The game has fairly recently been released on the playstation and it is still fun to play even today so especially if you can get someone to join you, you will have plenty of fun with this game.

Overal rating: 7.5/10

This game was released for many different systems here are some notes:
Apple Released in 1988.
This is really bad, the only one worse than this is the Atari 2600 one.
Amiga Released in 1989.
Game has been tested but not completed with winUAE v0.9.91.
The best version in my opinion with good graphics and controls.
Amstrad CPC Released in 1988.
Pretty much the same as the C64 version.
Atari 2600 Released in 1989.
Game has been tested but not completed with Stella v1.4.1.
A very simple oneplayer version of the game. This must be one of the last games released for the system that I know of.
Atari Lynx Released in 1991.
This allows you to play a fourth monster that looks like a giant rat. Too bad the screen is too small to show much of the action.
Atari ST Released in 1987.
Game has been tested but not completed with Steem v3.2.
Similar to the Amiga version but the characters are a bit larger.
C64 Released in 1987.
Game has been tested but not completed with CCS64 v2.0 win.
Graphically a bit less detailed than the others but the game remains intact.
DOS

Released in 1988.
Game has been tested but not completed on a DOS PC.
Similar to the amiga version but with fewer colors.

NES Released in 1988.
Game has been tested but not completed with FCE ultra v0.98.12.
Only two players and the characters are a bit small.
SMS - Sega
Master system
Released in 1988.
Game has been tested but not completed with Dega v1.12.
Better than the NES version but still only two players.
ZX Spectrum Released in 1987.
Game has been tested but not completed with emuZwin v2.5.
The lack of proper graphics make it difficult to see the action at times.
Others This version are not available.
Atari 7800 released in 1989.
